National Library Week (April 3 - 9, 2022) is a celebration of our nation's public libraries and the countless contributions of dedicated library workers. It’s also a chance to promote library awareness and public support, and possibly win $100! Introduced in 1958, National Library Week is observed each April and is sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA), which honors all types of libraries – school, public, academic, and special libraries.
