Intergalactic Event Explores Aliens, Unexplained Aerial Phenomena, Government Transparency, and the Mysteries Beyond Our Skies!
LAS VEGAS (Sept. 14, 2026) – The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is inviting curious Earthlings, believers and close encounter enthusiasts to step into the unknown at AlienFest, an intergalactic day of aliens, Unexplained Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), and extraterrestrial intrigue at Windmill Library (7060 W. Windmill Ln) on Saturday Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
AlienFest will explore the growing public fascination with UAPs and government transparency while bringing together educational programming, out-of-this-world activities, and plenty of fun. From the unexplained to the spectacular, the event offers curious minds of all ages a chance to explore the mysteries beyond our skies.
This year’s AlienFest will feature experts seen on the History Channel’s “Ancient Aliens,” discussions examining ancient astronaut theories and recently released government UFO files, a documentary screening, alien cosplay and activities for all ages. Event highlights include:
- 11 a.m. Jason Martell: The “Ancient Aliens” contributor and researcher of ancient civilizations will present Akhenaten and the Ark of the Covenant: Unveiling the Extraterrestrial Connection, exploring theories surrounding the Egyptian pharaoh Akhenaten, Moses and possible extraterrestrial influences on ancient history.
- 12:15 p.m. Mike Bara: The bestselling author, aerospace analyst and frequent “Ancient Aliens” guest will discuss recently released government UFO files and the growing push for transparency surrounding UAPs.
- 12:30 p.m. Alien Costume Contest: Guests are encouraged to arrive in their best alien, astronaut or other space-themed cosplay.
- 1 p.m. The Fifth Witness: UFO Crash-Retrievals Uncovered: A documentary exploring UAPs and allegations surrounding secret UFO crash-retrieval programs.
- 1:45 p.m. Darrell Clulow: The Assistant National Response Director for the International UFO Bureau and former Chief Investigator for MUFON in Nevada will discuss his work investigating UFO phenomena.
- 2:15 p.m. Q&A with Jeremy Norrie and Mike Bara: Documentary producer and director Jeremy Norrie joins Bara for a discussion and audience Q&A.
Throughout the day, Windmill Library will transform into an intergalactic hub with a UFO kids craft station, alien-themed video games, and a caricature artist drawing guests as extraterrestrials. On-site vendors will offer alien swag, with food available from local food trucks.
