Join us for a Battle Royale this Customer Appreciation Day. Each service desk has its own battle going on – or other interactive fun. Be sure to stop by each department in the branch and grab some swag, participate in a contest, or pick up a project to take home!
Free Giveaways at Laughlin Library
Come be celebrated as the valued customers you are. We will be giving away reusable bags, Library District swag, COVID tests, PPE Care Kits, and Balloons galore! Take our survey and pick up flyers & calendars with all of our upcoming fall events.
Customers are "UnbeLEAFable" at Summerlin Library
Celebrate the first few days of fall on Customer Appreciation Day, where we celebrate YOU, our unbeLEAFable customers. Grab a snack, play a giant version of chess, Jenga, or Connect 4, use our interactive display to share with us what you love about the library, pick up a summer scrapbooking Take & Make kit, and enter to win great prizes! Then join us on Saturday, October 1 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. for our Outdoor Fall Festival.
Half-off Book Sale, Smash Brothers Tournament, and More at West Charleston Library
Come celebrate Customer Appreciation Day at West Charleston Library. To thank our loyal customers, we will having a half-off book sale in our book store, a screening of the movie "Dog" (PG-13) starring Channing Tatum in our lecture hall at 12 p.m., and we will be offering Take & Make kits for kids and adults. For the Teens, we will be having a Smash Bros. Tournament in the Teen Zone at 3:30 p.m. Free COVID kits will also be distributed while supplies last.
Breakfast with Mr. Billy & Movies in the Concert Hall at Whitney Library
Join us in celebrating YOU. Yes, that's right! Enjoy a day at Whitney Library and have Breakfast with Mr. Billy our Branch Manager (10 a.m. - 12 p.m.), movies in our concert hall (12 p.m. - 4 p.m.). Then, get to know our staff with a scavenger hunt, pick up Take & Make craft kits, get a temporary tattoo, take our short survey, and enter to win the Prize Pack and gift cards!
Free Treats, Interactive Mural, and Family Take & Makes at Windmill Library
Join Windmill Library staff in a celebration dedicated to you, our loyal customers. Stop by any time during library hours to get free treats, contribute to our interactive mural sharing all the things you love about your local library, and pick up a free Family Take & Make. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our fun giveaway where you'll have the chance to win a Library District Prize Pack complete with a gym bag, insulated water bottle, and a Chromebook just for stopping in!
