Third Neighborhood Location Joins Windmill and Rainbow Libraries
August 17, 2026 – The Las Vegas–Clark County Library District has opened a third Passport Services office conveniently located inside a neighborhood library branch. First-time applicants can now book appointments at Sunrise Library (5400 Harris Ave.), in addition to Rainbow and Windmill libraries.

Appointments are required and must be scheduled online. Walk-in services are not available. Passport Services Offices are located at Sunrise Library (5400 Harris Ave.), Rainbow Library (3150 N. Buffalo Dr.), and Windmill Library (7060 W. Windmill Ln.).
As official Passport Acceptance Facilities, the offices located inside of libraries will verify identity and review passport application documents to be processed by the U.S. Department of State and can process documents for first-time applicants.
Since opening the first Passport Services Office, the library locations have processed more than 9,500 applications.
