Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month September 15 - October 15 with a variety of enriching programs, events, and resources that will be available to you from the Library District! Enjoy free dance classes, live concerts, DIY crafts for the whole family, a movie night, plus so much more. Join us as Clark County Commissioner Lawrence Weekly and County Liaison Kelly Benavidez and staff host their annual Hispanic Youth Leadership Summit. Youth from throughout the valley discuss the importance of education, in recognition of Hispanic Heritage History month.

Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Mariachi Studies (LVIAMS) Concert Series 2019 “Sonidos de Mexico Concert” – Sounds of Mexico Concert

At this special concert, you will be treated to an afternoon Mexican culture, heritage, and community through song and dance performances by talented students from the Clark County School District’s Mariachi programs and community ensembles. Freegal Music
Download and listen to songs from Freegal Music, which offers access to about 13 million songs, including Sony Music’s catalog of legendary artists, and over 40,000 music videos. In total, the collection is comprised of music from over 40,000 labels with music that originates in over 100 countries. There is no software to download, and there are no digital rights management (DRM) restrictions.
