Abdi Alimorad has worked in the stop-motion animation field for over 50 years and has garnered over 30 international awards. Now he brings his playful 3-dimensional sculptures to the Centennial Hills Library gallery to be viewed much like his films--within a 2-dimensional frame. Viewers will see the artist's intended viewpoint through a black frame, but they will also have the advantage of being able to step around the frame to see the details and depth within the artwork.
