The Nevada Author Project is back this spring! We are looking for local authors to enter their original work(s) of adult and/or young adult fiction for a chance to be recognized as the top indie-published eBook in Nevada. Winning authors will reach hundreds, if not thousands, of new readers, and can leverage being an award-winning indie author for additional marketing opportunities. This contest is a fantastic way to elevate your writing career and expand your readership.

To enter, please submit your work between April 1 - May 31, 2023, through the Biblioboard submission page.
Prizes and Eligibility Include:
The winners of this contest will receive:
- $1,000 each in Adult and Young Adult categories
- Honors at the 2023 Indie Author Day reception
- Opportunities to promote your book(s) at Nevada public libraries
- Inclusion in a full-page print spread in Library Journal
- Opportunities to earn royalties through the IAP (Indie Author Project) Select collection (ePUB format required for eligibility)
Each book that is submitted to the contest must be:
- Indie-published
- In the genre of Adult Fiction or Young Adult Fiction
- Written by a Nevada resident
- Available in either ePUB (strongly encouraged) or PDF file
