As American as the State Fair "A Celebration of 250 years of the USA"
Clay Arts Vegas is a working/teaching pottery studio located in the center of the Las Vegas Valley. Beyond offering classes in wheel throwing and hand build CAV is the local clay and pottery supply store as well as ceramics gallery. CAV prides itself on offering classes that are project driven so that students build a wide range of skills that they can then apply to their own work. Our Master workshop series brings some of the top ceramic artists in the world to Las Vegas for weekend intensive hands on classes.
It is with great joy we present the work in this show. It not only represents our take on Americana, but it represents our students...aka our family. When people come together and create with earth they share and build community. Some families you are born into but some you choose. CAV is an ever growing community where you do not need to be a master potter, you need to be a person who is excited to explore, learn and share.
