If your event does not meet the Library District’s partnership criteria, you can rent a space from us instead!
Partner Guidelines
If you would like to donate your talents, or collaborate in some way with the Library District, below are the criteria that we look for in a potential partner:
- Alignment with the Library District mission and strategic plan initiatives
- Free and open to the public, on a first-come, first-served basis
- In good financial standing with the Library District
- Planned with adequate advanced notice
- Devoid of unauthorized selling or solicitation
- Usage matches venue availability
- Structured program led by an expert or credentialed entity
- Provides substantial value to the community
