The Nevada Clay Guild spreads the joy and passion of clay and promotes the ceramic arts in the Las Vegas Valley. The Guild is a creative community brought together by a love of clay. They are committed to providing a dynamic, enriching environment for their members, and to sharing their passion with the larger local community. Their members encourage self-expression in clay and facilitate an appreciation of handmade pottery and ceramics. The Guild offers opportunities to learn and share skills alongside fellow creatives, exchange ideas with professional and emerging artists, and exhibit and sell member art. Their members include professional artists, ceramic sculptors, hobbyists, teachers, and students.
This exhibit showcases the latest ceramic works by members of the Guild. The diversity of content and techniques shown in the work reflects the different ideas, experience, approach to the ceramic medium, and creative insight of their members.
