The Library District provides scholarships to qualified adult learners who are looking to expand their career opportunities, prepare for workforce entry, or continue their education. To qualify, you must be 19+ old, have successfully completed the 8th grade, and have a valid Library District library card or are willing to apply for one.

Follow These Easy Steps to Get Started:
STEP 1:
Complete the short online survey on your library’s COHS website. Your library card number will be needed. If you don't have a library card, you can sign up instantly online with our website.
STEP 2:
See if the program works for you. Enroll in a Part 1: Prerequisite course in your career path and complete it within 2 weeks.
STEP 3:
Upon completion of the Part 1: Prerequisite course, the Adult Learning Program will contact you to schedule an interview and discuss your enrollment into the full program.
*Completing the prerequisite course qualifies you for scholarship consideration but does not guarantee award or enrollment.
